So many activities have taken place during the festive season. Gabby had so many first experiences: i) took part in school performance, ii) public performance in church, iii) ate her first Crab(He Le Species from Hainan) and kept asking for more, iv) visited the island where her great-granddad came from and ate the original Hainanese Chicken, it took me 37 years to make my first trip there, plenty of mixed feelings for me, v) feed herself successfully using chopstick because we were too busy walking around the wide spread of buffet dishes and she was too hungry to wait for us, vi) played at the sea and was no longer afraid of the waves, vii) had a outdoor bath at the Yalong Bay villa where we stayed for a night, viii) touched a squid(almost the size of her head, if not bigger), ix) attended Alex's birthday party at MacDonald's x) took a picture for us, unassisted. I have also included some pics of the areas that i have visited in Shanghai old streets. Sometimes it is good to pay some attention to the surroundings and appreciate what we have. Also an opportunity to test my photography skills or the lack of it. :P
